Go hiking without getting your feet wet

The most adventurous visitors can enjoy a number of shorter hikes at medium altitude. Be sure to inquire about hiking conditions at the Office de Haute Montagne before you set off.
Suggested hikes: Le Dard Waterfall, Bérard Waterfall, La Floria, Charousse, the Chailloux Chalets, Lac Vert, the Sources de l’Arveyron, the Petits Balcons Sud and Nord, and the list goes on.
Other hikes at the valley bottom provide a great way to explore different hamlets: Lac des Gaillands, Lac des Chavants, Bois du Bouchet and Moraine d’Argentière. You can also try your hand at orienteering routes hunts in each of the villages. In the summertime the Diosaz Gorges offer up an amazing spectacle, especially on rainy days when the waterfalls are even more impressive than usual.
